      On Friday, 11/15/2024 I placed an online order here at 7:44pm. I ordered a pan cheese (received a pizza that did NOT have pan crust). I also ordered a bacon and beef thin crust pizza. I get home, call my family in for dinner, opened the box, and THERE WAS A SPIDER SPINNING A WEB INSIDE OF THE PIZZA BOX! I have called, sent emails and did a review and still have not heard back on this. My issue is the lack of accountability and the poor follow up. I wont even get into the wait times of picking up the pizza. Poorly staffed, horrendous customer service. That is a different issue, I would like a refund of my money at least.
