    I contacted the company because they broke the sewer clean out pipe when they were out. Doing a clean out and an unclog. He said because I filed a former complaint against them.I could get somebody else to fix it and called me a dumb ** b****

    I am the owner of Magic City Plumbing. This is not what happend. On May, 17 2024 she called and asked how much it would cost to auger her outside clean out, I gave her an estimate. When we got there that was not the problem. The toilet needed to be pulled and it was going to be more work. She agreed and was happy when we left. The next day she called complaining about the price. She said she was going to turn me into the BBB and she did.

     

    She left a message over the weekend and I returned her call this morning. She said the storm and a limb hit her clean out and wanted us to come fix it. I told her we did not want to do work for her because of the problems the last time. She got mad and said we broke her clean out and she was going to turn me into BBB again and ruin my reputation. I alway stand behind my work and try to make everyone happy but sometimes it is not possible.

     

    We did not break her clean out.  She is making post on ******** and harassing me.

    i WAS HAVING A PROBLEM WITH ONE TOILET CLOGGED UP IN MY HOME. I CALLED TO GET AN ESTIMATE HE SAID $200. THEY COME OUT IT TAKES 1 HOUR AND 45 MINUTES TO DO THE *** WHICH IS FINE. IT WAS RAINING AND MUDDY. I HAD TO TELL ONE OF THE GUYS TO NOT WALK ON MY CARPET WITH WET AND MUDDY SHOES ( he was already on carpet when i caught him) THEN THIS SAME GENTLEMAN HAD ATTITUDE ABOUT ME HAVING HIM TALK THROUGH THE SCREEN DOOR. i KEEP CLOSED BECAUSE IT DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY. AFTER *** WAS COMPLETEE SECOND GENTLEMAN THEN TELLS ME THAT THE *** WAS NOT ACCURATE ITS GOING TO BE A LITTLE MORE. THAY COMPLETE *** GO OUTSIDE TO WRITE THE **** , THEN TELL ME ITS $365. NOT A BIT MORE A LOT MORE. I CALLED THE OFFICE LATER TO HAVE A BREAKDOWN OF **** NO ANSWER AND NO RETURN CALL. I HAVE TRIED TWICE. WHEN I WENT OUTSIDE THEY HAD REMOVED A CRAWL SPACE OPENING AND JUST LEFT IT OPEN DID NOT PUT IT BACK AS FOUND. I FEEL LIKE THEY DO NOR RESPECT MY PROPERTY AND JILTED ME ON THE ***. CHARGING MORE THAN WHAT WAS QUOTED. ITS NOT MY FAULT THEY QOUTED WRONG. HAD I KNOWN IT WAS GOING TO BE THAT MUCH I WOULD HAVE CALLED AROUND. ITS A POOR WAY OF DOING BUSINESS. I THINK **** SHOULD BE ADJUSTED AND I SHOULD RECEIVE A BREAKDOWN OF CHARGES. THEY CLAIM TRAVEL TIME ITS 10 MINUTES TO MY HOME I GOOGLED IT.
