      They block me from using my bank debit card for my corporate account at local stores like Best Buy and local restaurants, and, of course anything more challenging like a national medical organization or government office, causing me to use my personal credit card for most purchases, and losing out on the tax deduction of my company. I have bought 3 computers this way, countless other equipment and purchases. This has cost me thousands of dollars and a lot of wasted time. They sometimes send a text message after blocking a transaction that reads:"FreeMSG BOfP Fraud Alert 800-***-**** Verify 07Oct $3.77 Avantis RISTOR on card ****. Reply V if Valid or Fif Fraud-Case Ref#****** Txt STOP to OptOut" 1. They block almost every transaction, even at reputable local vendors.2. The text alert is so cryptic, who would ever understand this is about a debit card from ***************. 3. The text is delayed until long after you can make the transaction.4. Looking through my old texts, i can see once where i typed "STOP" a year ago, because I thought it was spam. Three months ago, after i verified a purchase and they answered "You may continue to use your card" I had responded "I can't! You got in the way and prevented an important purchase. I should sue you."5. Fortunately, *************** tells me they are dumping these a******* by the beginning of 2025.

      This company keeps shutting down accounts that I regularly use and labels them as fraud. They then clear the fraud alert and which prevents me From using the account for ***** hours after clearing my fraud alert! I have asked time and again to be opted OUT of their services to no avail. Time to find a Finacial institution that does NOT utilize their services!!!
