    My wedding dress was taken to ******** in May 2022 for my wedding in September 2022. She told me multiple times my dress as well as my bridesmaid dresses would be ready on time. I had pictures scheduled September 19 2022 and was scheduled to pick my dress and the others up that day. She told me that my dress and the others were ready. They were not. She charged me 250 and will not refund my money. Not to mention the money she cost me as my pictures had to be canceled the day of. I also had to take my dress and the others to a new seamstress and had to pay them also.

    This customer took the finished dresses (wedding dress and three bridesmaid's dresses) with her.  I asked her only to pay for two of the bridesmaid's dresses and she agreed.  I gave her a full refund.

    I am rejecting this response because: while she did refund the $250 that was paid to her, she still owes for the pictures that I was unable to get because of her negligence and lies. She was asked multiple times if things would be finished or if I should reschedule. She openly stated that I should not reschedule or cancel my photos as she would have everything done the day of the photos. She did not. She needs to reimburse the money I lost due to having to cancel the day of the photos due to her lies.
