- 36 Month/36,000 Mile Warranty on Most Vehicles against failure caused by defects in workmanship and materials for the warranty period; if later repairs on parts and labor purchased is necessary within the time and mileage specified in the terms of the warranty, then it will be provided at no charge to the buyer within the limits of the warranty. We reserve the right to refund full purchase price in lieu of all claims otherwise due claimant under the terms of this warranty. In such case, the refund of the full purchase price shall be the buyers exclusive remedy.
