    On April 1st, I needed a dumpster to clean my basement. I hired Sanford and Sonds Dumping and Hauling to rent one of their dumpsters. I was quoted $300 for 20-yard dumpster, however, due to my street being too narrow for a 20-yard dumpster, the owner discounted a 15-yard dumpster for me to use for the inconvenience. On schedule day of April 11th, I never received the dumpster. I was contacted by the business owner who told me that the person responsible for delivery of dumpster was no longer with the company and cleared the company's calendar of appointments. At this point, he offered the rental free charge and that he would personally deliver it on May 2nd. On May 1st, the business contacted me to say that there was a fee, which was not discussed with me earlier. I ended up using another company to take care of my needs.
