    This shop replaced 2 front tires, aligned all 4 wheels and replaced the 3rd brake light on my wife's car.
    On 05/15/2023 my wife was driving down the road in said car and one of the wheels that had a tire replaced fell off. Contacted the shop and was met with a very bad attitude. I hung up and contacted a lawyer. After threatening to involve said lawyer they finally agreed to "make it right".
    On 05/20/2023 we picked up the car and found that the damaged rim and brake rotor were not replaced, the alignment is way out and the car makes going noises and pulls to one side while driving down the road.

    5-3-2023 ******* car failed missouri state inspection both front tires 3rd brake lite bulb 5-5-2023 installed 3rd brake lite bulb 2 front tires passed missouri state inspection car had 276499 miles female complained all noise in front driving down was accested as struts and bushings customer stated did not want to put too much money in it due to milage 5-12-2023 steve called secretary told wheel was loose left front was calm she stated when i came back was with in 2 hrs i would handle it in mean time another man called and really chewed out my son i called steve immediatly he was calm got in my wrecker drove 19 miles no charge picked up car everyone was calm took car to my shop took 2 days to get parts removed lf wheel pull entire hub and bearing put all new wheel studs in and wheel bearing because you have to on a honda pilot to replace wheel studs reinstalled all parts torqued wheel and test drove 60mph other than struts and bushings clunking it drove fine called steve left keys in it took them 3 days to come get it never heard from them again thought every thing was fine 90% of the statement he filed was false so i feel that because he did not contact me first and beings we got along   up till then i  had done everthing i could i have no more responisability to this customer or this vehicle so do as you see fit  curtis e mccall owner mcauto

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I have taken my vehicle to another as listed in the attachments above and the found the damages also attached above to be unacceptable. It is obvious that your shop either 1 didn't care about the damages or rectifying the situation or 2 the shop us extremely careless. Your shop allowed the vehicle to leave your shop while still having unacceptable damages. Some of the damages attached above I even told you about when you picked up the vehicle with your tow truck. As you stated the vehicle has been in your shop 3 times, why would I want to keep going back and recieving partial or incomplete work? This car has been deemed unsafe and unworthy of travel until it is properly repaired. If BBB has any more questions regarding this matter I have a hard copy of the quote for the repairs and many more photos of the damages.
