    ****** Cullins (contractor) replaced old barbed wire fencing with new stock fencing (woven wire). He was supposed to replace the old rotting corner posts. He replaced some of them but removed and didn't replace the bracing on the coeners/ends which is basic fence construction. Additionally, the fencing is loose and starting to sag. I contacted ****** on Oct 20th with my concerns. Despite me following up, I still don't have a date as to when he will fix these issues.As to the pool. Work on the pool deck started around July 20th. ****** removed the deck boards and then around August 10 he claimed to have medical and family issues and couldn't come out to work. Then after chasing him via texts he sent a subcontractor to finish the deck. The subcontractor came out around August 21st and noted the damaged electrical wiring (powers the pool pump) and started work on the deck. The subcontractor finished as much as he could (materials were missing) around the end of August and spliced in a piece of romex to get the electric working. After tripping our circuit breakers several times we removed the splice. ****** was supposed to order and deliver the materials needed to finish the job. That has not happened. On Oct 20 I sent him a list of issues and he said he would find a date that he would be able to come out. He has gone silent again.
