    10/22/24 & 11/6/24 Quoted for 6 hours of labor job took 3 hours. Charged for 3 hours of travel time. Charged for their drive time from their shop which is 20 minutes from my house and to the next client. And the next client is also charged for the drive time to them.

    customer was quoted $1193.50 for job, invoice total was $1117.77, customer complained about 6 hrs, explained to customer about trave time and that we had 8.5 hours logged on this job, gave customer $100.00 discount, customer paid $1017.77

    I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:
    Charging for travel time between clients is unethical. You cannot fairly charge a client to drive to the next client.

    Date of Service Call 07/13/2022, Job# ********, Invoice #******. Charge $150.00. Diagnose and repair. Failed to diagnose and left. I called again and asked if they could send out someone more knowledgeable and experienced and since they failed to determine problem on the first call if they could waive the service fee. They would not. In the end I diagnosed and repaired it myself. So Im out a $150.00.
