    I bought a new washer on May ******* @ Hawkins Home & Lawn ***** US-******************************************** and 2 months later I started to have issues with it and more problems continued months after that, and now the transmission has gone out in it, each time under my warranty with each repair problems consists, I am without a washer and have had to spend money at a laundromat in order to wash since last Thursday, and the business is telling me that it will take 2 weeks to replace the transmission, and they are not willing to replace it and I feel as though they should, considering my warranty will expire next month in May and I will have no other options, when they could just replace it, there should not have been this many issues in such a short time or immediately after I purchased it.

    I am sorry you are having issues with your washing machine that you purchased from us.  We are aware that you have had issues with it in the past and they were resolved under Whirlpool warranty free of charge.  I understand that you are having more issues with the same washer, and that is frustrating, but this repair will also be covered under Whirlpool warranty free of charge.  Your Whirlpool washer comes with a 1 year parts and labor warranty.  Whirlpool will not replace the unit if its repairable (which yours is), they will have our technician repair the unit.  Our technician has already been in contact with you and should have the parts here this week to get this issue resolved.

    We should not have all these issues with a brand new machine. It has already had several issues. The warranty is up in one month so this c*** machine will be my responsibility to repair. It should not be.  I bought a new machine not to have it fixed every 3 months. I have inquired fees at the laundry mat to wash our clothes that are not warranty covered. If it cant be replaced then refund me the cost of the washer and I will go somewhere else that will stand by their products they sell.  After May are they going to continue to pay it to be repaired?  I think not!!    The company doesnt see the bigger picture here!
