    I placed an order with Farmhouse Store Co. in January of 2025. Weeks went by with no order updates, and I finally reached out to customer service. They told me the order would go out that week and provided an excuse. Several more weeks went by and I reached out again. Again they gave me an excuse and said the order would go out before the end of the week. Two more weeks went by and part of the order finally shipped. When it arrived they had sent the wrong product. I contacted the company again and told them I wanted to cancel the rest of the order and return the incorrect product they had sent. They responded by offering to send some "free accessories" and refused to cancel the order. They shipped another package and it did at least contain half of what I had originally ordered. I gave up and admitted defeat and began using the products they had sent. The products were priced such that I was under the impression I was getting premium quality merchandise, so my chagrin at opening the boxes and discovering construction grade plywood tacked together with trim tacks and all plastic components was substantial. After a few months of use the hooks they sent to support expensive firearms have broken and nearly caused loaded firearms to fall. I cannot even adequately express how little I recommend this company. Please save yourself the pain and stress and look elsewhere. Their products, customer service, and ethos as a ********************** are all exceptionally terrible.

    Mr. ******** order was processed in accordance with our processing procedures as listed on our website. The customer was made aware of a winter weather related delay that was also listed on our website and our social media business page that prevented carrier pick-up for several days due to our residential location out in the country. the customer never voiced any concerns over the past 6 months regarding the quality of our merchandise which IS manufactured from high quality cabinet grade materials. nor has he emailed us about any retention hooks failures. if the customer does not follow the included instructions and does not use the required number of hooks per weapon for the unit and overloads the hooks as he is describing then a malfunction due to operator error can occur. furthermore, our customer service representatives would have been more than willing to assist the customer with additional hooks or a replacement unit if the customer had contacted us, which he has not since his order shipped several months ago. he could have also returned the unit in accordance with our return and refund policy and received a full refund or replacement, he didn't do that either. we take pride in our handmade **************** service. as clearly displayed in all the positive reviews here and on our website. we have a feeling this review is only being submitted now due to personal political motivations of the customer after several posts on our social media business page. You would think if a customer was unsatisfied in anyway they would contact us at least once after receiving the merchandise several months ago,...or return it,...or ask for a replacement...this customer has done none of those things which is easy for us to state as our systemdocumentsall consumer interactions. it's sad to see people use a review platform in such a manner. We hope you have a good weekend and learn not to smear a company products for your own personal political reasons. God Bless.

    Their product is outstanding. Excellent family oriented wood shop and timely and affordable delivery right here in the ***. I have spoken to the owner who is very sincere, hard working, and focused on customer success. I highly, highly recommend them for anyone looking for great patriotic products. We need more companies like this in our manufacturing pipeline for *******. The Better Business Bureau should pay attention to how many of us love them.     I recently purchased a concealment door from this company. Top notch company. Great customer service and affordable pricing. They were extremely helpful along the process and seem to genuinely care about their customers. They are very pro American. Ill definitely be shopping here again!!

    Great smoker chunks!! I've gotten 6 cases of their Hickory Smoker Chunks and all 6 cases have been superior to anything else I've tried in recent years. Very happy customer!

    I made a purchase a purchase for my husbands birthday. When we received the order not only was it not the item I ordered, but the he item I received was not made as described at all. I also ordered accessories for my purchase so I followed the return instructions and returned it all. Cost me an additional $45 in shipping to return. I got zero response from the company after they received the items back on 1/15/25. I contacted them in email and got 1 response saying they would check into It but still nothing. That was last on 4/4/25. I have yet to get a refund or the correct item sent to me. I am now out $104.50 from my purchase plus $45 in shipping. This is bad bad customer service and I would never recommend ordering from them to anyone.

    wow...This customer ordered on September 18th of ********* received her order after the clearly listed processing times of 10 business days in early October 2024...she then tried to return the item USED, 4 MONTHS LATER...in January of 2025...please tell me a company that would accept a return used after 4 months...I sure can't think of any. sorry you didn't like that we stand by our ********************** God Bless!!

    Farmhouse Store Company – Repeated Failures, Excuses, and an Incorrect Order After 53 Days
    I placed an order on Jan 21 expecting it to ship in 7-10 business days. Instead, I waited 53 days, receiving delays, misleading responses, and an incorrect product missing key components.
    On Feb 9 (Day 19), I followed up because tracking only showed a label created—UPS never received the package. Their Feb 10 response was boilerplate, stating my order was "pending pickup" with no shipping date.
    On Feb 27 (Day 37), I followed up again. They blamed flu outbreaks and snow, assuring me it would ship by Feb 28, Mar 3, or Mar 4—none of these dates were met.
    On Mar 10 (Day 48), I requested tracking confirmation or a refund. Their response: "I had assumed this shipped last week." This confirmed they had no idea whether my order had shipped.
    On Mar 14 (Day 53), I asked for tracking and was met with open hostility. Their email read: "Wow…Did you even check your tracking before sending your rude, condescending, & demanding email??" When I pointed out their failure to communicate, they escalated, stating: "You emailed being rude, and I gave it right back to you accordingly." They also threatened to retaliate against my review.
    When my order finally arrived, it was the wrong product—a different design, missing key features clearly listed in their product description.
    I informed them and declined further resolution. Only then did they claim a shipping label mix-up. By this point, their excuses, hostility, and lack of accountability left no confidence in their ability to fix the issue.
    They later attempted an apology, citing personal struggles for their unprofessionalism. While I sympathize, it does not excuse their repeated failures, miscommunication, and aggressive behavior toward a paying customer.
    They failed to take responsibility, communicate professionally, or fulfill their commitments. This company instead attacks customers for holding them accountable to the standards they have set

    I'm not really sure what **** is going on about here as it isn't factual to say the least. **** ordered a handgun concealment unit as listed on the website. He received the unit he ordered and it was processed in accordance with our clearly listed processing times and procedures that are listed in the items description and in the shipping updates section. We did experience a one week delay in departures at that time because of an ice storm that caused several trees to fall across our drive. This notice was also listed on our ************* social media business page when it occurred. After receiving his order **** emailed upset that he didn't receive extra hooks and motion activated tactical lighting, both things have to be purchased separately, which he did not do. He received the unit, a magnetic key to open the unit, and 6 mtwss retention hooks that come standard with that size unit. He felt he was entitled to the other items at not cost and began being rude with our customer service representatives. They returned the attitude to him that they were given. We don't kiss a rude customer's ****. It's just something we will never do. I would have responded to this review earlier but I didn't even know it was submitted until this morning when I checked our BBB profile. God Bless!!

    The product itself is great! It came in great condition and was a great Valentine surprise! I only gave 4 stars because of the amount of time it takes to receive. I placed my order on January 8th and received it a month later, just order ahead of time. Again the product itself is great, I actually ordered a second for my father in law for Father's day, way ahead of time so I knew it would be here in time.

    While the products created by this company are wonderful, their business is terrible. I ordered my product in October of 2024. It arrived in November of 2024, which I was absolutely fine with considering they do very clearly communicate their shipping procedure on the website. When my order arrived, it was not the correct product. Two days after receiving the item and discovering it was not correct, I contacted the business. They apologized twice and said they would send the correct product to me along with a return label for the incorrect item. It is now February of 2025, and I still do not have a return label or the correct product. After giving the business 90 days to correct the issue, I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. I tried to resolve the issue via documented email communication with the company 5 separate times with no resolution. The company then lied to my credit card company claiming that I never reached out due to the product being defective and that they are going to press criminal charges for wire fraud and theft against me. I had to spend another hour submitting documentation to my credit card company showing that the item isn't defective but that it is the wrong product entirely. I submitted photo proof of the incorrect item in my possession along with written proof of the company stating they made a mistake but have yet to follow through on correcting their wrong. My credit card company reversed the charge again as the merchant is in the wrong. I am absolutely applauded at how this business has treated me, which is a shame considering the incorrect product I received is quality made. Will never order here again.
