    Business represented that they were qualified to do concrete repair work around my pool. Work accomplished was inferior. Business employees also damaged the edging around my pool and it has not been repaired after several conversations with the owner. Business took my current pool cover and indicated (I have texts as back up) that they would supply a replacement cover as a gift since my husband had passed away recently and we had been customers for multiple years. Pool currently has not been closed as promised and they are saying it will be weeks before the cover will delivery. I've heard numerous complaints about this business and believe they don't have the resources to provide the promised high quality mesh pool cover equal to the quality of the one they took. I will be out approximately $1500-$2000 for a replacement cover. The business has also indicated they have provided weekly maintenance when I have cameras and know they have not been here plus the pool shows proof it hasn't been cleaned.
