    Worst experience I have ever had.. from the very moment I walked in the door the worker was rude and hateful.. then when my money got stuck in one of the machines she got even worse.. all I simply wanted was my money .. I asked her nicely if she couldn't help me then call someone who could.. she then called her boss who was also extremely rude to me.. they then told me to leave or they were calling the cops on me.. They refused to give me my money back.. in fact told I could never come back again..

    I had went and was doing my laundry , minding my own business whenever the female lady who runs the place came storming in , yelling and I mean yelling stating that i was not suppose to be there ( which is false). Everyone was staring at me. I kept calm and didn't say anything. She then continued to yell and start recording me for no reason. No words ever came from my mouth. She then started to throw my clothes from the washer stating that I couldn't dry them there and that she was calling the police. As I waited for the police she began calling me harsh names, taking photos of me and my vehicle, continued recording me, threw rocks at my car and so fourth. Most of the community has issues with the way they are treated by this individual. I believe this business needs closed down. As long as this gal runs it , our community will continue to be bullied and mistreated by her.

    The complaint has been reviewed at length and after watching video footage and going over written statements from the attendant on duty and the cashier at the convenience store next to the location in question, we are able to assess the following;

    The Complainant was in fact using the washing machines, however, video footage shows them, not the laundry attendant, removing their own belongings from the washing machine prior to the attendant coming inside the building. Further, there were pictures taken by the attendant, pictures, not video, to be used to show fellow employees who the Complainant is, due to them being banned from using the equipment at that location from previous incidents and warnings for overloading machines with product. 

    After asking the Complainant to leave, the attendant is shown to leave the premise and go to the convenience store next door, where she was followed by the Complainants partner. There the partner came to cash a ticket, verbally assaulted the laundry attendant and shoved a door into her. The police were called, they reminded the Complainant of the ban dating back to July of 2023. The Complainants partner then left and the Complainant was taken by the poilce, unknown if it was regarding this incident or something unrelated.
