      I made a appointment to get my recalls done on 4-7-25 I was told my appointment was at 8:45am I showed up they told me it will take 2 hours I said okay it was two people ahead of me as I wait other came and went a person came and spoke with the lady about her car I went to ask how mush longer for my car the man stood there never asked me my name grabbed some invoices from the other desk then he started writing on a post it note came back asked me my name looked at the computer I told him you all said 2 hours and I pushed other things back he walked away started talking to *** asked him if my car was ready he said yes the man got my backed it up came in gave me my keys and said I parked it in the back. I didn't get no invoice or anything stating my recalls were done. I called the recall place to see if they can tell me anything nothing. The next day I received a text from **** saying I that she want to touch base to see when I can come back to have my recalls completed. I was like why wasn't they done when I brought my car and you all said it will take two hours and I was there for 4 hours and my car wasn't touched I was very ****** because I wasted time I could've been doing something else or working very unprofessional will not go back

      My wife and I purchased a car on Friday, while they are transferring banks. The sales man was un educated on what the car was, even to the point of arguing with me that there was no spare tire while looking at it and that the car was a 6 cylinder rather than the 2.3L 4cyl that we were looking right at. The sales man would not listen to us, nagged us to sign papers. The salesman failed to mention we could not take the car home, after we signed papers. It is now the following Wednesday, we spoke to their sales staff yesterday and they confirmed we could come get the car at 0900 Wednesday. We drove an hour and a half, to come home without the car we've already paid for. The only saving ***** is the finance manager ***. I would not recommend this dealership.

      We needed help understanding how to flat tow our 2023 F 150 behind our motorhome. We went to 3 other **** placed ( will not mention names or location) and got 3 different answer. Not ONE of them took the time to shows us how. There at ********* the Service Manager **** and one other person name *** took the time to show us how Also made a copy for us for further use.       Purchase brand new Yukon from max motors, noticed steering wheel was crooked and car pulling took the car in max motors state they made multiple attempts to fix it , it has been in 6 times for the alignment max motors states they fixed it we told them its by far the worst they said were crazy , we had to take it to another dealership they inspected it stated they will not fix it due to someone drilling a hole in the frame and the car is not repairs able anymore due to what max motors did we called them to tell them they keep denying it have spoken to manager to help us just trade it for another car but they were not willing to something needs to be done about this , we as well had to go get other opinion with another company they stated the same thing

      August 2022 bought a Dodge ram ****. October drove the Dodge ram **** pulling our camper to **************, no problem with the vehicle. Received a recall for the **** We brought the truck to max motors and they changed the **** Telling ** the reason for the recall is that the truck could stop operating and just shut down. November 14 we left our home to travel to *********** and *******. November ********************************************************* the middle of the highway. We had to have it towed to a Dodge dealer dealer , and they put in a fuel pump. Thats all they could find wrong. We spent the night in the parking lot with our camper and on the 15th in the afternoon we traveled on and after three hours again of driving the vehicle shut down in the middle of the road. The state police of ******** was called because we were in a dangerous situation with tractor trailers passing ** on the highway. It was 20 and the towing company took a while to get our truck to another Dodge Jeep dealer. We spent the night again in their driveway and they found a tracking device on the vehicle. Which we never knew was on the vehicle it was never disclosed by a max motors. Somehow the tracking device was never shut off and interfered with the **** This information is to let others be aware and to tell max motors they need to disclose this information to the consumer.
