    Waste removal has been entering my driveway every trash Friday morning. Trespassing. Today our trash was not picked up. I made on time payments.

    We received a letter from Mr. ***** dated 11/15/2024.  In the letter it said it was a legal notice that our companies employees and our trash truck were prohibited from entering his property. He stated in the letter it was due to previous communications of him telling the employees we could not use his driveway is why he wrote the letter.  We have no knowledge of those past communications.  The letter stated that we could only contact him in writing.  We are reaching out to his landlord to find out a peaceful resolution to make everyone happy.  Mr. ***** reached out to us on 11/27/2024 to inquire why his trash was not picked up on 11/22/2024.  We explained to him that we received his letter and that it stated we could not enter his property or call him.  He said that we could still pick up his trash we just could not access his driveway.  We told him we were reaching out to the landlord because with out access to his driveway we could not continue to pick up his neighborhood.  We did tell him if we had permission to grab the can out of his driveway we would dump it on 11/29/2024 and we did indeed dump his trash.  But we did tell him that we would have to find away to make this work.

    I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:
    They cancelled our service for no reason on 12/03/2024 in response to my request that they dont use my driveway when the trash cart is at the curb of the driveway not on private property. No communication whatsoever from this company.  Very hard to get in contact with.  Barely answer there phones.  

    No way to email this company.
