    On March 19, 2025 I utilized the website Countyoffice.org to find property records and background information of two persons. I created a account and placed the order for the documents I needed. The website indicates that their services are free and no credit card is needed to create a account, however they do not disclose on the site that payment is required to download information. They also do not disclose that they continue to bill your method of payment just for having an account through the website. There isnt any way of cancelling the account or deleting payment information that *** used on the website either. They automatically charged my method of payment twice since March 19th. Once for $30.00 on March 30th and again for $30.00 on April 30th. There is a *************** number listed on the website, however there is no option to speak with a live person when calling the listed phone number between their operating business hours which are 8-5pm EST Monday thru Friday. I have sent an email requesting that the two unauthorized charges be refunded. I have not received any communication in response to my request.Countyoffice.org ************************************************************************************************* ************

    Why is the company allowed to display all of my private mortgage information online? All of it how can this happen as I want all of my information removed from their records permanently.Things I never wanted anyone to see us sitting online And now they want you to sign so in file a dispute so steal more info . How can this be stopped ?

    This organization has all of my mortgage information listed on their website.They also have false information regarding property ownership. I'm the current and only property owner of ******************************************I purchased my home in 2015, and I receive the annual property tax invoice.I want this organization to remove my property data from their website immediately.

    My Entire property address is listed on Countyoffice.org, I'm in danger and safety for my life, 1 month ago, I had assessor office to remove me from their website. They told me the countyoffice.org is not one of their site. I called ombudsman office, they never heard of this site, I called County clerk office, they don't use site Please remove my property information off your site, again I'm in fear of danger and safety and could be killed. Remove my info ASAP

    This organization is falsely reporting that I sold my home (*******************************************************************) in 2020. On-line official **************, property tax records clearly show that I still own my home and there is no record whatsoever of any sale. Because this organization uses a ".org" URL, the information that it posts has an aura of validity. The information of a sale of ************************* is, however, totally false. To make matters worse, there is no way to contact it to get the false information corrected. Countyoffice.org's false report risks my ability to obtain home equity credit on my home and to eventually sell it.

    Sometime in the last few months, CountyOffice,org has erroneously associated MY PERSONAL information with a government office. I get multiple calls daily as well as mail at my home addressed to the ***** ********************* I am not affiliated in any way with the ***** ******************** and this is causing extreme impact on my quality of life. I have reached out to them to no avail.

    Countyoffice.org is publishing a personal desk phone for the **************************.Their website directs me to fill out a 'Suggest Edit' form which I have completed 4 times.
