    I bought my ****** here last month and had a fantastic experience. Everything was very honest and straightforward and **** was such a big help in working with me and my unique situation. Im absolutely loving my car and would 100% buy from here again and recommend to anyone I know. Thanks ****!

    Awful business! I hope anyone avoids this company. The owners customer service skills just dont exist much. If you offend or upset him he lashes back with long replies and its weird. Hes untrustworthy and has many reviews saying the same thing. I was only having a conversation about a car on the lot and I asked about the cars cosmetic issues (I knew there were some) they then lied to me and said the car was in excellent condition. I pointed out and shared photos of the cosmetic damages on the car and they began to back peddle saying how they over looked it. They do business poorly. They are not professional.

    Hello, A note from the owner here. After looking into your grievance with our company, you have my sincerest apologies that you felt misled about us overlooking minuscule damage on one of our vehicles. The vehicle and question that you were looking at is an eight year old vehicle, with over ******* miles on it. As most would expect, there is bound to be some cosmetic imperfections. You asked for a virtual walk around, and in doing so, we did miss about a quarter inch scratch in the front bumper, as well as a quarter inch buff-able scuff in the Passenger door. You have my personal assurance that it is not in our desires to mislead anybody, And certainly not to intentionally overlook anything in order to just make a sale. For an eight-year-old vehicle, these cosmetic issues are extremely small, which you said that you agree with. I hate that this misunderstanding has come to you thinking that we are trying to mislead you, but I wish you the best of luck on your search. We try to recondition our vehicles to top-notch quality, but inevitably some things will always be missed, we are humans buying the cars, humans reconditioning the cars, and humans selling the cars. Were all capable of making mistakes, and thats what this boils down to. Again, my sincerest apologies that you felt misled over a very minuscule amount of damage to the car- thats not our intention.

    Bought a 2013 ***** Sonic 4 months ago from American Auto Outlet, would park it in a grass area side yard and decided to put in garage as it got colder and saw it was leaking oil. Took the car to Reliable ***** only to find out the timing belt needs replaced, oil pan, engine oil cooler leaks, valve cover gasket needs replaced cam shaft sensor needs replaced is bad total cost is over $5000.00 and paid $10,184.00 for car and haven't been able to drive it for a month. Also has 6mo/6000mi contract warranty with major motor/ ****** repair and the owner **** told service manager at Reliable Chevorlet that none of the repairs are covered.
