  I hired mocrete to redo the concrete patio around my pool. Within a couple months, the concrete stain and finish started to peel up and expose the bare concrete. I called politely around a dozen different times during that summer. I even offered for them to just drop off some of the material. They always agreed to come out but would constantly stand me up. This summer still less than a year after it was installed, I began calling again. Again, even offered for them to just drop off some of the paint and clear coat and that I would repair it myself. Constantly, they would promise to come by, take care of it, drop off material, still it has never happened. I spent thousands of dollars with them to do a good job for my 7 figure home. They do not stand behind their work and constantly lie about showing up and never actually showing. Buyer Beware!

  We are willing to schedule a time next month to correct any issues that we possibly can. We would be willing to resolve this matter that could not be resolved in the manner that our previous customer thought could be on his own account by providing him with discontinued material that we can no longer access or feel confident using or standing behind. We stand behind our work and are proud of the work we do and have done for our customers and we will honor our word because thats who we are! We can resolve this manner in the right way and not the way that was assumed to be as simple as stated by our previous customer whose statements are not appreciated in his complaint and not fully accurate.

  ****, the owner of MOCRETE, came out to give me an estimate on spray coating my steps & covered front porch. He filled out a Work Order & a deposit was provided. The work was completed on 10-1-2020. In Feb. 2022 I noticed areas of the porch was cracking & peeling. I called MOCRETE twice before *****, ****'s son came out in March. He stated the work was under warranty & would be fixed. He was to call in a month to the discuss the "delamination" issue & set a date to work on repairing the porch. I began calling MOCRETE in April and have made **** phone calls to get them to fix my porch. I have notes on those phone calls and ************** responses but in short they said "we have you on the schedule, we will be out next week, we will send ***** out to fix this." And each time, they were no shows. The most recent, this April, ***** sent ***** out to fix the porch. He showed up but did nothing towards fixing the problem. He said the entire surface of the porch needed to be ground down, the small cracks fixed, a skim coat put on again, washed, and spray coated. He was not prepared to do anything to work on the porch. He looked at his calendar & scheduled the work to be started May 1. He did not show or call. Late in the morning, I called & ********** said they would be out in an hour. Again a no show. No one from MOCRETE has called. It is my understanding ************* have purchased MOCRETE from ****, *****'s dad. There is now a new business called Concrete Coatings of Springfield which has the same address, in ****, **, and same phone number ************ as MOCRETE.This has gone on for a year and a half and I have no way of fixing this porch. I would like this situation resolved. I chose this business because of their excellent rating with BBB. I could never recommend this business.I have photos, a list of phone calls and the Work Order. However, I am unable to attach them at this time. I can provide hard copies if needed.
