      WATER PIPE BUSTED THERE IS NO EMERGENCY NUMBER IT HAPPENED FRIDAY NIGHT THE SHUT OFF VALVE WAS NOT PRESENT ON MONDAY THE WATER MAINTENANCE PEOPLE CAME AND THEY SAID THE SHUT OFF VALVE WAS BURIED IN MUD.THEY CHARGE A SERVICE FEE.THE BILL CAME $1,660.18

      When I first moved into my new address they were very rude to me when I called to set up my utilities, they acted like I was a nuisance to them, even though I was trying to set up an account to use their service and give them money. It took them over a month to send me a trash can for garbage services, which left me having to drive to the landfill to drop off my trash even though I was paying for the trash service. They charge me a $20 late fee for making my payment one day after it is due. If there was any possible way for me to choose a different service provider I would. Their utilities are more expensive than anywhere else I have ever lived. This is the consequence of letting the government run services.
