    I purchased their Jordan essentials ********* ******, ********** ********* ***. Mine is so watered down it can't be considered a lotion. A lotion is fairly thick. This is not. I have emailed them several times to explain if this is a bad batch, why is it thin, etc. No one has emailed me back to try to rectify the situation. I am tired of waiting so I decided to file. Maybe then they will take this seriously and try to help instead of ignoring me.

    We are sorry the lotion you received was not at the proper consistency.  Understandably, it is disappointing to have a product not be what it says it is and to not have a response from the company.  Our Customer satisfaction is number one priority.

    We are not finding an order in our system under your name or any emails sent to ********************************* from you.  The telephone number provided to the *** is not valid telephone number so we have not been able to reach out by telephone to take care of this.

    We think you purchased the product directly from one of our consultants.  We would offer to refund the purchase price or replace the item, whichever you would prefer.

    Again, we are sorry about the lotion.  We pride ourselves on providing the best products with healthy ingredients.

    Yes, I purchased at a stand that sold all the products at an arts and crafts fair.  I have sent emails via the website to the email they posted at the bottom of their page.  I do not give out my phone number to people, so the email address was what was to be used.  Replace or refund is fine.  Whichever is easiest for you.  I would just like the product to work for as much as was paid for it.
