    Personal Property damage outside of the utility easmen Brightspeed/ Schatz Underground LLC at the end of June 2024.Underground utility work was perfomed by Schatz Underground LLC and in the process got a truck stuck on my property. The truck required an excavator to pull it out leaving large ruts behind. I filled a claim with Brightspeed sending them several pictures of the ruts. They then contacted Schatz Underground LLC. A representative of Schatz came out and looked at the dammage and said it was them and said that they would fix the ruts. The representaive told me that they would bring out some dirt and a machine to fix the ruts grade and seed the large area where the ruts were. They sent and employee out with a fan rake and some straw. The ruts were very much still thier after he left. The area was extrealy difficult ot mow so I had the ruts fixed. After sendig the bill to Brightspeed and Schatz Underground llc. Months later i am getting nowhere on getting my money back from fixing the damage to my property. A few months be the incident i had an new drive way installed onto my proprty and this area was jjust graded and seeded. I have sent pictures to Brightspeed/Schatz underground showing the ruts still thier monts later. As sent them pictures of the area regradded and seed.

    We were working for ***********, subcontracting for them, to fix a fiber optics cable that was damaged.  It was through an easement and we put some rut in the field and told to the customer that we would fix it.  It wasn't good enough for him and we fixed what we damaged.  We will not pay for his improvement.  I told him this already.
