    Unpursuable:
BBB is unable to locate the business.
I paid a deposit of $1,134 for an estimated amount of $3,400 for a project completion.
They only used .5yd top soli instead of 4yd. They submitted a revised estimate which I have not accepted for $3,220.
See attached emails. I requested an itemized breakdown.
Their math has not made sense and was clearly adjusted to the benefit and not true reflection of what should be owed.
I’m letting go of the fact that they charged a full day work for only 4hours. I am not willing to accept a charge of 1yd of top soil payment when i was told it only required .5yd.
I’m asking that they answer as to why their original estimate was miscalculated when they provided the itemization as it is bad business practice. I’m asking that they accept the following despite I was there while work completed and some of these items shouldn’t be charged, such as full day work and debris haul away which nothing was hauled.

    Skid steer $520/day
labor rate 1 day $1,100(despite only 4hrs working on my property including leaving to get the top soil and back)
    Bulk top soil .5yd $60
    Mobilization fee $600
Power rake $450 ( I don’t recall power rake use but I was also gone at that time)
Dump trailer $430 (the debris was respread in my yard and easement)
    ———-
    Total: $3,160
    Credit: $1,134
    Balance: $2,026

This is more than fair given this is their breakdown once itemized using their math from the first estimate:
If I were to even complete the math on the prior estimate of $3,400 it still doesn’t add up once itemized.

    Skid steer: $520/day
    Labor rate: 1/day $1,100
    Top soil: 4yd ($120x4) = $480
    Mobilization fee: $600
    Power rake: $450
    Dump trailer: $430
    ——
$3,580 does not equal the $3,400.00

    I’m willing to pay the original $3,400 - the 3.5yd top (120x3.5=$420) = $2,980- credit $1,134 = $1,846 balance.

    Please help. Attached email correspondence.

They have offered to resolve at a reduced amount of $1906. I do not accept this as they are still charging for 1yd of top soil when they confirmed only .5yd was used. I’m asking for resolution at $1846.00. This is a $60 reduction based on their itemized amount of $120per yd.
