I applied to their property at ******************************, **********, **. I was told that the security deposit would be refunded if my application was denied. Upon application being denied, I asked *****, the property management person when would my $315.00 security deposit be returned, ***** stated within 10 business days. I called ***** afterwards to find out the status of my security deposit, a female reporting that she was the manager said ***** was not there but it would take more than three weeks for my money I paid for security deposit to be returned. I told her that was not satisfactory since the website stated that security deposit after application denial must be requested before that time. I asked the person purporting as a manager if she would give me her property management company contact information and phone number, she said she didnt know it. I contended with her several minutes, requesting the property managements contact information, she vehemently declined to give it to me. I have called the office several times requesting to resolve this issue. I left numerous voicemails, they will not answer my calls, or return them. Please help me resolve this matter. Being on a fixed income, $315.00 is a lot of money. Not to mention that its theft they are doing, keep my $315.00 when they denied my application.

Ive been trying to reach someone about getting my AC fixed. It went out in April and its the end of May. The office has the same excuse each time over and over. No one has a sense of urgency. I asked about breaking my lease since per the rental agreement it says i can terminate my lease if request arent worked in 14 days and was threatened with being taken to court.

My partner and I moved out in April due to renovation that needed to be done. We received a notice in May that we owed over ***** for moving out early. However, The apartment complex went through the process of suing my partner to ensure we left. He signed the document saying he would not retaliate and so we went back and asked what was going on and they stated it was a mistake and we would be hearing from midwest for our deposit and all end of lease documents however instead we receive a notice from a collection agency for the debt they told us we didn't owe. The management during our time was very poor and often elusive. The apartment is ****************** in ******************, **, and we are NOT at all surprised by this.

************ Place Apartments is in receipt of the above-referenced complaint, and I am writing to address a recent concern regarding the renovations at ************ Place Apartments. After conducting a thorough investigation, there was no renovation repair activity taking place on the premises.Upon further inquiry, we discovered that the previous occupants were unfortunately evicted due to non-payment of their rent. As a result, any claims or rumors suggesting construction work were simply inaccurate and misleading. Please be assured that we are committed to maintaining transparent communication with our tenants and providing accurate information regarding any developments or activities related to the property. We deeply regret any inconvenience caused by this situation and apologize for any misunderstanding. We strive to make everyones experience with us remarkable and we would not have hesitated to explain the circumstances or given contact numbers if/when they were requested. Our office is happy to assist you further, please feel free to contact us..

I live at a complex in ************* **. I asked for the management company's information from the leasing office manager a few times and she's told me no or hasn't responded to my emails. So I called the phone number listed on this profile and the answering machine says it's the *********** Apartment something, which is a little confusing. When I put in the extension for the regional manager I think it is, because again they won't tell me who to contact, it went straight to voicemail like the phone is off. It's very shady.

I live in Country Club Lakes Apts I Coconut Creek Florida..
Yesterday I received a notice that a package from ****** was delivered along with a picture of where it was left.
It was left at the wrong place.
I was told that they gave the package to the office.
Office stated there was no package there for me. It turns out it was given to the maintenance person who was working on their apartment.
The package was never turned into the office until the office checked with them. My name was on it. The neighbor was right below my apartment. All they had to do was put it in front of my door.
They took it back to the maintenence shed and were silent. It's pretty obvious the person or persons who took the package had no intention of returning it.
The office has my package and told me I can come by to pick it up. Why can't they bring it to my apartment?
I question the integrity of the people who took my package and never turned it in or returned it to me. They had possession of a piece of property that did not belong to them and didn't report it. That is considered theft.
This person should not be allowed to be employed.
Would anyone want them to enter their apartment unsupervised? I don't think so. If my neighbor hadn't told me, I would never had known.
I never even got an apology and don't know if there was any discipline handed out.
This ONE person made the maintenance staff look bad.

We take pride in our customer service we provide which includes going above and beyond for our residents. The office does not accept any packages for residents. While our maintenance team was doing their work, they were approached by the resident's neighbor and given the package. Country Club Lakes may not immediately notify a resident of a package receive as it is the responsibility of the carrier. Countrly Club Lakes accepted the package as a courtesy from the neighbor to avoid them returning back to sender. However, we were not able to get it to the office until later when maintenance finished their ongoing task. Our management team has integrity, is fair and honest. We apologize if ******'s mistake caused you any inconvenience. Apologies were given to the resident for the delay, and we are open to speak further on the matter if not resolved to the resident's satisfaction.

The apartment complex I live in, located in **********, ** (******************************) is continuously going down hill since I moved in. We had our mailboxes catch fire over a year ago and still do not have new ones, we have been waiting on a new trash compactor for over 6 months, there is always trash in the parking lots, pet waste everywhere, the smell of marijuana all the time, certain neighbors have unpleasant odors coming out of their apartments into the hallways. The fitness room has several broken pieces of equipment that haven't been fixed in the 2 years I have lived there. The pool get locked during daytime hours for no reason from time to time. I am paying increased rent that I could pay somewhere else and have more amenities. The office staff is completely incompetent. Unfortunately, I am stuck living here for now.
