    I have been a tenant with them for 2 years. The apartment management isn&#**;t holding up to there agreement or lease. We had a part in our A/C that was broken that cause or bill to be higher. Our neighbors have become very loud and we now have water damages issues that is causing mold in our unit. Everything we have asked for is not getting done and we want to break lease and in order to break the lease the property manager was us to pay additional $3000. We just want to break lease without paying the additional $3000.00

    I have attached the lease agreement, special addendum with late fees, and the buyout addendum. Ms. ***** and Mr. ******* have been residing at the community since 12/22/2023. I learned of complaints regarding the noise level and spoke with both households. The tenants above the apartment that Ms. ***** & Mr. ******* live in have also chosen to vacate the unit. As you will see we do not charge a lease break fee of $3,000. Our buyout agreement requires a 30-day written notice and an $800 fee. The tenants gave notice of intent to vacate the same day that they took the electric services out of their name, we have yet to receive keys for the unit. 

    I have walked the unit with our maintenance supervisor; there is no evidence of moisture or anything else in the unit. The current balance on the account stems from them not paying rent and late fees since April 2025. I would be willing to waive the lease break fee of $800.00 but the tenants still owe for both May and June 2025 including late fees.
