    Terrible procrastinator--like pulling teeth to get him to reply. I met with **** on 7/17/24 to buy shades for our deck. I paid him half down with the balance to be paid with the installation in September 2024. I never heard from him, so I called him in October and left a message. He called me back with a day and time. He never showed, never called to reschedule. When I called him to find out when he would be coming out, he gave me a new day and time. That day came and went. When I texted him to find out when he was coming, he gave me a new day and time. That day and time came and went. This went on for at least seven appointments. He doesn't communicate and he doesn't show up. He has my money and I'm still waiting--9 months after the original date was planned.
