    Disappointed and Frustrated I brought my phone in to have the battery replaced, and during the repair, their technician cracked my screen. The manager replaced it with a non-OEM screen and told me to bring it back if I had any issues. I appreciated the quick resolution at the time, but was never informed that the replacement only came with a 90-day warranty. Fast forward 10 months, and the replacement screen started having issues. When I brought it back, I was told they wouldnt help because the warranty had expiredeven though they were the ones who damaged my original screen in the first place. Had I known the replacement had such a limited warranty, I never wouldve accepted it as a solution. Its frustrating when a business doesnt take responsibility for their own mistakes. Do your research and find a reputable repair shop that truly stands behind their work.
