  L&S Concrete did my Patio and next day it cracked and we requested to fix the crack and ***** is not accepting to fix it. they did entire job starting to end very unprofessional way nad talked to me very rude.

  ***** went to your house to meet you and to give you a bid, as he always does. Then over the next couple months he had numerous phone conversations with you and spent at least an hour negotiating back and forth because you felt the price was too expensive. Even while we were on site, you told ***** that you would not pay the price for your changes and continued to attempt to negotiate. He was very patient with you, as this is not the norm. ***** had told you that we do not warranty cracks, nor do any other concrete companies in this area. This shrinkage crack is due to water displacement and is not structural. It was very unfortunate that your concrete cracked as we do everything we can to prevent this from occurring, but it does happen to us and every other concrete company nearby due to Missouris ground conditions. We feel we went above and beyond attempting to make this right but it was clear before we were even finished that you were not going to pay the remaining balance. We still finished the job and helped you in other ways while we were on your property. Listed below are just a few extra things we did for this customer.

  
  1. Laid plywood to the work area
  2. Fixed and moved a sprinkler zone for FREE
  3. Accepted ********** gift cards as a form of payment which we never have and never will again.  
  4. Added topsoil seed and straw for minor yard repair
  5. Customer still owes $1500!  

  
  ***** typically gets compliments from customers because he is easy to work with, personable and very knowledgeable. Over the course of the numerous negotiation attempts this customer repeatedly would say we did not tell her something that we had already previously discussed, in an attempt to pay less. This was definitely a learning experience for our company and because of this situation we are going to be more cautious about who we do work for.

  Hello BBB team,

  I was consistently expressed the concerns of the job quality, ***** told they will do very good quality work and nothing will happen to my concrete at least for couple of years. he assured me that he will do quality work and told me that he will do the better job than my builder who already did concrete work adjacent to this new patio. The price is included to move the sprinklers and  he said he will do nominal charge as 100 $to 150$ but he did cut many more pipes with out my consent and demanded for more money to fix them. Since they were ******* in every step and they did cut all the sprinkle system pipes with out asking while I was working inside the home and did not fix the Sprinkler system broke after the patio is done, still the water is getting leaked and lawn damage was not fixed when they did the patio work which he promised he will make sure to fix Sprinklers and lawn completely. Both are still damaged.

  Also he did not mention about drain extension with initial negotiations but later he demanded 200$ on the spot, nothing he did free, everything he charged. ***** never mentioned about the concrete cracks could happen next day after they left the sight. We do understand if it happens after couple of years or at least after an year but this is the quality issue which they did not do proper job that is the reason it cracked in the next hour right after they finish the job highly disappointed and ***** abused me when he was at my home.

   

  I am looking for below resolutions. to fix Lawn damage , sprinkler damage , Concrete cracks.
