      I have been moved out of living in this trailer park since July 28 2022, I have yet to hear back about my deposit back. Also somehow it says I owe money for August? When we moved out the 28th of July and paid first months rent when first getting there in October 2020. This trailer park has been bought and owned by several different companies in just the last 2 years and is very disorganized, and management is very unprofessional. We closed on our new home July 19 and we're fully out by July 28. So why now am I'm seeing open charges on rent and late fees for August, is this trailer park going to charge me for September, October, November,and December as well for 2022? These charges are not accurate. We don't live there any longer.i want this complaint filed for my documentation and protection and financial well being. We paid our last months rent for July. When I called to ask about our rent agreement we're told we were on a month to month basis and that we had no lease agreement. I even told the landlord in June 30, 30 days in advance we were moving. Please help me resolve this issue I've already moved to my new home and I just want to enjoy being out of this dreadful trailer park.

      I am general counsel for Pin Oak Pointe Mobile Home Park (hereafter, “Pin Oak” or the “Community). *** ****** complaint was sent to me for review and response. *** ****** has a zero balance with the Community. Community Invoices are automatically mailed in advance of the date for payment. *** ****** may disregard and discard any invoice he may have received from Pin Oak.Pin Oak will not refund the security deposit to *** ****** due to the condition of the home at the tie of vacating the premises. Due to the condition of the home, the security deposit will not be refunded.
