    We have had issues with our floor cracking since it was installed. ******************* came out and had his team try to "repair" it. It completely discolored and was like a strip of yellow glue down the middle of our garage floor. He agreed it looked terrible. He had his team come back out. They were supposed to fix the discolored issue. This time they decised that they would fix it by essentially re-doing that side of our garage floor. He eneded up applying a different type of glitter/color to that side of the garage floor. Now we have a garage floor that is 2 different colors. He started off by telling us that he already knew it didn't look good and that he would come back out this past spring to re-do the entire thing, so it matches and looks professionally finished. I started contacting the company and never heard back or got responses. I have now since then tired calling corporate many times. I have tried filing a claim with little response from anyone in management. Our garage looks terrible. It looks like we attempted to do it ourself. I would love for the company to make it right as we were sold on the "lifetime" warranty. We have had a professionally finished coating on our garage floor at our last 3 hourses and this has been the worst floor and experience ever.
