***** is amazing to work with. He is professional, thorough, and ensures his team does quality work. Even with an insurance agent that was very tough to work with, ***** was wonderful being an advocate for us and working with the agent repeatedly. On July 4, 2021 we lost our 32-year-old home to a fire. It was a pretty devastating time and to say we were left with the clothes on our back pretty much sums it up. We were so fortunate that no one was hurt. We had no idea where to turn or what to do. The insurance company recommended we find a builder as soon as possible since building materials etc were compromised due to the pandemic. One of our friends gave us the name of Comia Home Builders. The owner, ***** ***** came over right away to assess the mess we were in. He and his crew started cleaning up right away. He worked tirelessly with the insurance company, contracted framers, subs and secured permits etc with the City. It was amazing and he was so enthusiastic which made things so much easier. ******* architect was very knowledgeable and steered us through the plans as well. We had great subs and ***** and his crew were so excellent to work with. Since this was not anything we planned at this time of our lives, we were starting from scratch. They guided us with ideas and helped us choose good materials. They worked so hard to get us back in our home. ***** is a perfectionist, so everything had to be done or redone to meet his standards. We are back home and love this beautiful new floorplan and can't say enough about ***** ***** and his people. Great experience! ***** and *******************Comia Home Builders, Inc.

***** ***** and his entire team were great to work with. My basement suffered a lot of water damage due to the heavy storms St. Louis experienced last summer. ***** and his team repaired drywall, replaced flooring, helped replace and add gutters, revamped my entire drainage system outdoors, painted the walls, and updated all baseboards. ***** also worked very diligently with my insurance company since this was an overall claim to ensure I was being reimbursed correctly. I would definitely recommend Comia Home Builders to anyone who asked! Thank you for all the hard work. I love my new basement and it's staying very dry!Comia Home Builders, Inc.

5 starsComia Homebuilders had put a new roof on our son's house and they were very pleased so we decided to use this company as well. ***** was very attentive to our needs. He worked with us to getting our new roof as soon as the weather allowed.
