I hired Sands Property Solutions to build a 24'x24' garage and pour a concrete pad in front of the garage on 10/19/2021. They started on 3/8/2022 and have not finished all the completions. I've tried calling and texting but nothing has been done, I sent them a certified letter on 2/6/2023 stating that I want everything finished by 2/24/2023. No one has responded. The truss is split, garage door was subcontracted out because the 2 worker that came out to install the door came and went without tell me and another company came that day and told me he was here to install the garage door. Sliding around the garage has not been installed. Dead bolt doesn't work. Back fill dirt has not been added. Garge floor is so badly finished they are to epoxy the floor but then told me they have to wait till spring. I asked for a letter stating the epoxy will be done on spring of 2023 but nothing had been given to me. Over and over they come up with excuses why things can't be done and so many untruths were to me. They have my money and are not willing to do the job they were hired for. I had be very patience with them but they only seem to want the money and not do a good job.

The Epoxy flooring was not in the original contract, the siding is finished, the one over head door and top two panels were damaged, and the dead bolt was working fine when we left.  The project is awaiting on the punch list items and the damaged doors.  No one has  abandoned the project.  Also, the customer did not come outside for the meeting with the city official.
