    Henry’s irrigation was paid to close irrigation system last fall and to open irrigation system this spring. They busted a brand new valve closing the system. Refused to replace what they busted and did not open system and refused to reimburse the 120 dollars to open system.

    Henry’s Irrigation did not harm the backflow during winterization. The homeowner did not take the necessary care of their system prior to winterization. Our area had 17 degree temperatures over night for the week prior to their winterization date. I asked Mr **** if he had wrapped the backflow and ran it every morning as needed during the cold weather. He said he had not. I explained it most likely had froze and broke. We told him at the Spring startup appointment it would need to be repaired. He had a family member repair it and asked for a refund. I advised we would send him the remainder of the unused portion which would amount to $33.50 as our technician had worked on the system this Spring.  As of this time the Owner has now authorized a refund of the $120 as Henry’s Irrigation ALWAYS makes our customers happy.

    This is a false response. The plumber used was *** ****. Absolutely no relationship. Just because they have the same name doesn’t make them related

    second there was NO frozen valve at the time of close and a plumber who replaced the valve stated a freeze would not have caused the piece to be broken off  Henry did NOT advise any thing and refused to give an earlier date to close system 

    also is it standard practice for the business to show up at our door?

    Ms. **** was hand delivered this check on 5/22/2023. The bank cashed it on 5/23/2023. This has been resolved to its fullest extent.
