    *********************** built our pool fall of 2022. During that time we were assured the contracted landscaper Elevate Outdoor would install proper drainage in our yard to mitigate water issues associated with vinyl liner pools. Early spring of 2024, we noticed a wrinkle develop in the liner. We communicated this to the pool ********************************* It was determined Elevate did not do the job it was contracted to do and failed to install proper drainage in our yard. The builder would not fix the liner until the drainage issue was fixed. Wrinkles continued to develop, and by late fall of 2024 Elevate finally fixed the drainage issue and agreed to a new liner (the old one was no longer fixable). The pool was closed and the builder agreed to install the new liner early spring of 2025. We wanted to use the original pool builder given their extensive expertise with pool liners. Without any permission from us, Elevate chose instead to contract with a separate company to replace the liner. To cut costs, Elevate made every short cut in replacing our liner and poor decisions leaving us with a new liner, still with wrinkles, a week's worth of standing water b/c the pump cannot be serviced until the wrinkles are fixed, not to mention a dead evergreen due to the new drainage that they failed to divert away from the tree. They continue to say the wrinkles will work itself out which is against any research we've found and what the pool builder said. They chose to replace the liner on a cloudy/rainy/cool day, not a sunny day which is typically required. The pool floors and walls were cracked needing repair due to water damage. They repaired the floor on a rainy day and the rain washed away all of the poolcrete into our pool drains. The walls were not even addressed. Elevate could not fill the pool properly/timely leading to standing water *********** cannot have the pool pump serviced until the wrinkles are repaired, which they can't see the extent of b/c the murky water

    I am happy to report this issue has not been resolved with Marker whose product is distributed by elevate.  The complaint can be closed.
