    In June of 2024, I hired Raintight to install under decking. On August ******* Raintight started the installation. On August ******* Raintight completed the installation. I arrived home that evening to confirm that the installation was not completed. I contacted **** the project manager and ***** ******* to address the issues. ***** state that that wasn't part of the agreement in which it was. Then charged me an additional $350.00 stating that the supplier had a price increase, which is the same dollar amount Raintight is charging me additional for two fan blocks that ***** was told at the time of bidding that my electrician will be installing electric for two ceiling fans. **** stated that if it was part of the agreement, it would have cost more, I explain to **** everything I am speaking with you about that was part of the bidding price was told to ***** at that time. **** then stated, I cannot speak on that because I was not there, I replied you are correct. I then told **** and ***** that until these issues are taken care of, I will not pay the remaining balance of $4300.00. Now when I call their office, **** cell and text and ***** cell and text they ignore my calls. 1.Finish the lower back side of the steps 2.Finish the beams 3.Clean the patio of debris left by their worker (COMPLETED)4.Screw back down the facial board they removed (COMPLETED)5. Clean the excessive oil spots from their vehicles in front of my home and the neighbor across the street home that **** stated was water spots.
