    Was going to place an order.Shipping was expinsive.Saw free shipping on orders over 50.Was charged for priorityshipping without selecting for that option. Tried to contact did not get response could not log in to cancel order.

    We have responded to this support ticket within 1 business day of the customer reaching out to us. Customer did qualify for free shipping but did not select that option at checkout. Instead, Local Delivery was chosen. As Local Delivery is scheduled for same or next business day, the order had already been successfully delivered by the time the customer reached out and therefore the order can no longer be cancelled. If the customer would like to return their items for a refund they may do so at smokea.com/returns.

    I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:
    That was not my order there were no large size cigartte included. Plus i tried to cancel my order imiesiatly after placeing. Website made me log in or create user name but couldnt create password to login and change my order but the company never sent an email for forgotton pasword or to sign in even though the bbb response email came through within 2 hours of my order being placed. My package arrived before i ever even got a confrermation email. And still havent gotten a recipt from original order. I only had large in cart then added extra small sizes to fill price to above 50 for free shipping.

    Customer was unable to cancel because they chose Local Delivery. When this is chosen a delivery driver is immediately assigned and the package is delivered within one business day. In this case, it was delivered just hours after the order was placed as the customer stated. Therefore, by the time his support ticket had been received, the order was already successfully delivered. We are unable to cancel orders after they have already been fulfilled as stated in our policy. As previously stated, if the customer would like to return their items for a refund, they may do so at smokea.com/returns.
