    I submitted a deposit for my daughter at Guidepost Montessori on 9/1/2022, hoping for her to start preschool in the fall of 2023. No one at Guidepost ever reached out about there being an open spot or about information for starting the school year. I had someone call me in November 2023 asking why **** didnt start school and I explained that we never received any communication that she had a spot. She said that wasnt ok. I asked for my deposit back and she told me she would call me back but never did. Since then, I have sent 3 emails to Guisepost. I sent one on January 19 to ofallon-************************************** I also filled out the contact form on their website.. I sent one on April 5 to ************************* which is the email of the person that I originally worked with when filling out the registration paperwork. No one has responded to any at communication.

    She put down her deposit. She never completed the next steps of the enrollment process. The refund will be sent even if this is normally non-refundable. (The non-refundable policy was on her contract that she signed.

    I am rejecting this response because: I was never given any more information regarding the enrollment process. I literally put down my deposit and never heard from you again about next steps. Also, when I put down the deposit, I was told that the registration fee is non-refundable, but the deposit is. It even says on the website that if a child is not offered a placement within 6 months, the deposit is refundable. I paid the deposit in September and since I was never notified of there being a spot open, it should be refundable per your own policy.
