When choosing a realtor i made the right choice by going with the Chad Wilson Group. The realtor that personally handled my real estate transactions was *************************. She was always there to answer all my questions. Through the whole process of selling and buying a house *****'s knowledge of the real estate field was impeccable. ***** showed a personal interest in making the entire process flow easily, I walked into the office one day to drop a paper off for *****. **** Wilson greeted me and asked if he could help answer any questions. He knew my name from previous meetings and was very cordial. I also talked with ******* and was introduced to other associated in the office. Being a new homebuyer can be really challenging and confusing too so i had no idea what to expect when i started my home search. My first meeting with *************************, who was my realtor, changed all this. She explained every little detail during the home search process and never got tired of my numerous questions. She kept me updated whenever any new homes came onto the market that fit what i was looking . When we found what we were searching for she coordinated with her team to have everything run smoothly right from submitting our offer till the final closing. We were selling and buying and decided to go with **** Wilson Realtors after talking with about four or five other companies. *************************, our agent, was knowledgeable and personable. We felt very comfortable with him, very easy to talk to. We questioned some of his suggestions, but in the end we got a higher price for our home than we expected and when we finally found a new home that checked all the boxes, *** led us through the offer and purchase process enabling us to get our offer accepted and into our new home.
