      We had this company come out to do maintenance and resolve and un even heating issue we had on our home. RK purchased the company that had been servicing us prior. Prior service visits were about $200. The service person spent about an hour in the house and said they were going to be doing the same service they had done previously. The next day I received a bill for over $1,000. They said they had to go buy a tarp and have another guy come out and help with getting rid of some excess water in the condensation pan. They did not mention anything about this to me before they started the work. I called them and they agreed the tarp the put on my bill was not necessary and reduced the bill to about $800. I asked them for an explanation of why they needed two people and why the charge would anything over $200. I have tried several times to get an explanation and I have never heard back. Further, the issue was not resolved. I had to have another company come out to clear the line by the condensation pan, which should have been done on RK's maintenance visit. This other company noticed one of the main supply lines for the ** system was completely broken off. I have pictures from them to document this. At this point. have not heard back from RK with a resolution and will not pay their bill until I receive one. I just wanted others to know that I don't think their work was done professionally and their billing was not in good faith.
