This course and test was the HARDEST thing I've ever done. However, Mr. ***** **** was an exceptional instructor! He was patient, respectful, and understanding. He was professional and knowledgeable. I feel so fortunate to have taken this course with him. He wants all of his students to be successful and he does everything in his power to help his students attain the ServSafe certification. He did an outstanding job!

The training preparation course for my ServSafe exam was excellent. ***** was a great trainer -- funny, engaging but at the same time serious about the subject matter. I particularly liked that his focus was helping us safely serve food -- giving practical advice on food handling. With the prep course I passed with flying colors.
