    Play9 Sports is a baseball organization that runs a fall baseball league through the city of ******, ********. Play9 Sports for the nine and under age group advertised two separate divisions for recreational and competitive teams. As a recreational level team that does not charge team fees or make cuts as well as other standards put in place by Play9 Sports I registered my team in the recreational division. When the schedule for the season was announced it became apparent that Play9 Sports did not recruit enough teams to play in both divisions and decided to combine both the recreational level and competitive level into one division of competitive and recreational level teams. They made no prior notification of this decision or the ability to opt out for a refund. When I questioned the league organizer about this he lied and advised these were all recreational level teams and there was a separate division for competitive teams. In the end three recreational level teams were combined with three competitive teams and the majority of my teams games were scheduled against the three competitive level teams. Several requests have been made to Play9 Sports requesting they make changes to the schedule however they refuse. The league organizer no longer responds to emails and has not made any attempts to make changes despite several promises to do so. I believe Play9 Sports falsely advertised their league and participated in a "Bait and Switch" as they advertised two separate divisions based on skill and ability level but, after receiving payment, only provided one league completely different from what was advertised. They provided no updates of these changes and continued to provide false information to teams involved.
