      I never really do reviews on businesses, but after doing business with this company, I was still left with a dead battery because the driver did not let me know that I needed to keep the car running for 15 minutes. They made it seem like this was common sense, but I don’t know anything about cars and I had never had a jump before. I called them back literally minutes after and they told me that they could not help me and that I would have to pay for the service again. Thankfully I called another local business and told them the situation and they came and gave me a jump for free. But this company did not apologize for not giving complete information and did not care.

      Customer received the jump start and it was a successful service.  Customer called 20 min after service was completed and said she turned the car off and now it wont restart and wanted us to return for free to jump start again.  It was explained at that time, that I could send another truck but she would be charged again for the service and she did not want to do that.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      It was not 20 minutes after the service, it was literally a few minutes like I stated, the driver had just pulled off. I already stated that the “business owner “ advised I would have to pay for the service again. Maybe make sure your employees tell consumers what needs to be done to ensure the service is complete and this could have all been avoided. Even an apology would have sufficed but I have still yet to receive that either.
