    I had called before I went out there to pick up my property out of the vehicle. They gave me the runaround. I got mad and they started pulling out their guns and I had to catch myself. They called the police and they escorted me off the premises.

    I would like to get my property out of the vehicle.

    Mr. ****** **** tried to retrieve property out of a vehicle that did not belong to him. We told him he had to get a release from the police department and the rental company. So then he contacted the police department to try to get a release and they would not give him a release because he did not own the vehicle. We went back and forth about this with him and told him this is just policy. He saw our sign that said no firearms were allowed. He then mentioned he had plenty of firearms. That's when the police was called and our panic button was pressed. The police showed up and escorted Mr. **** off  the property and told him not to return. Afterwards the rental car company called and said they were not giving Mr. **** a release because he had been arrested in their vehicle and they were going to pick the vehicle up. They picked up the vehicle and his contents. And at no time did anyone pull a gun out on him, and this is all recorded on camera.
