    We had a wind storm that put down half of my tree. I hired ****** on 3/21/2024 to cut to prune off damaged branches. I could not afford to have the whole tree removed. I wanted the branches cut but to leave the trunk. He did not complete pruning the branches I wanted removed. He did not cut the branches back completely. I made him a drawing of what he I wanted him to do.

    We appreciate the opportunity to address ************************** concerns regarding the recent tree pruning job conducted by our team. Our arborist meticulously reviewed the scope of work with ********************** on multiple occasions, emphasizing that the objective was to trim and prune the tree according to ANSI standards. We prioritize tree health and safety, adhering to industry best practices.


    The agreed-upon scope of work was clearly outlined in the signed contract, accompanied by visual references depicting the estimated removal of material from the tree (see attached original scope). Despite completing the job as specified, ********************** expressed dissatisfaction and requested further limb removal beyond the original agreement. In an effort to accommodate his preferences, our arborist instructed the crew to exceed the initial scope, but ********************** remained unsatisfied.


    It has become evident that ************************** expectations diverged significantly from the agreed-upon scope, as he sought extensive limb removal inconsistent with proper tree care practices. Such actions would compromise the tree's health and safety, contravening our ethical standards. Regrettably, we cannot comply with requests that compromise the integrity of the tree.
    Having fulfilled our contractual obligations in accordance with industry standards, we consider the matter resolved.
