    I wrote a check to *** ****** on July 13, 2022 for $4,178.06 to be used to purchase security equipment to be installed in my home by him. On July 29, 2022 he was to come and install the equipment at 8:00 am. He never called or showed up. I called him at 9:08 am and left a message but not response. I sent an email also. Previous to that on July 12 he was 3 hours late for the first appointment. I talked to a relative who used him and said he was late or a no show a lot. I asked him for a refund for $4178.06. He said he would get with ****** and we would return all equipment. I never saw all the equipment. He brought about half of it to my house. I returned that to UPS and have receipts as he requested. On 9/26 I received $1183.91 from *** ******. On 9/19, I received $1,819.54 from *** ******. On 10/3 I received $331.89. This leaves a balance of $842.72 owed me. *** ****** told me not to contact him any more. He said that is all he is going to pay to me. He keeps saying that ****** has not returned the money. I made the check to ***** ****** not ******. I asked for copies of all correspondence with ****** and he did not provide.

    *** ******* is only partly correct in his statement. He paid with a card not a check, thru a paypal which charges a fee for such transactions. I attempted to reach *** *******, unsuccessfully to inform him I would be late, until he called me back later and updated him on the situation with my apologies.  I proceeded to deliver all but 6 of the agreed upon cameras which in total I delivered 1, 8 piece + 1, 5  piece ring security kits. 1 xtra keypad, 8 ring flood light cameras, 8 ring spotlight cameras, 1 ring water sensor, 6 pack of additional ring entry sensors, 1 ring range extender, and 1 wavlink directional wifi attenna. The 6 ring elite indoor stickup cameras had not arrived yet and would not arrive for 2 more weeks. I set another appointment with *** ******* and tried confirming appointment the day before. I was unable too, per my policy this canceled *** ******** appointment and i rescheduled  his time slot. when *** ****** called me back later on  and i informed him, he decided he wanted to cancel the installation service. He  also requested a refund. I glidely obliged by  sending him the return slips for  all the equipment i had already delivered. i still had not recieved the 6 elite cams yet. after 2 weeks refunds had not been recieved i ended up calling ****** 10 times to date. I have given all the funds i have recovered from ****** to ** ****** except for the amount he mentioned as i am still dealing with ****** on 4 more flood light cameras that i have not recievbed the refunds for. ** ****** has been accusing me of theft, and i've still agreed to return all hiss money but a fee for my time and delivery the goods as well  as my visit for providing an estimate. Which will be $218.38, and will return the rest of the outstanding refund promptly upon recieveing it. ** ****** has been informed of the situation, at everyturn  and was awarte i was ordering all the materials directly from ******. and ive only spoken with ****** on the phone and i dont have a written transcript of said calls to show ** ******. i asked him to stop contacting becuase of his harrassing and threatening emails.
