    They will stick to one standards answer and that's it. All they need to do in this area is provide you with water pressure of 50 psi. THAT IS IT!!! Then tell you that you must have something in your home that is restricting the pressure yet they come out and check it and then say that it's at 45 and there's nothing more you can do. They're right about that you can't do anything when you're trying to use water in your own home yet you're paying over $100 for water and sewer and it keeps going up. If you can't do laundry and wash your hands at the same time there's a problem. I don't care what the history is on this if they've had this area for 5 years and haven't figured anything out I don't see it ever changing. I can't barely hose my patio off and their solution in the beginning was to bypass your water softener. So then you just use more water because it's not good water and they think that's the solution? I've never seen anything like this and I don't know how more than two people survive in a home where you can't take a shower and do anything else at the same time. I haven't had ice in months with bypassing water softener and again you use more water because you're constantly cleaning up hard water if that makes sense. They don't have answers they won't help you and they could care less. The wreck and some money up and. The customers are paying whether they're new owners out here or old everyone's paying for this. Must be nice to sit in an area that you have probably 70 PSI and tell everybody 50 so you have to give them. With all the money you're making do something about that ***** and quit saying that that is all of it because you purchased it now fix it

    From their new updated website to the customer service if I didn't need ********************** and sewer I would NEVER go through them. Since they updated their website you can't see past due amounts It only tells you one amount which then makes you have to call them and the people that answer the phones are probably the most ignorant people in the world acting like you're bothering them when that's their job and then when you try to contact them via email off of the website because their phone systems are down they email you and tell you their phones are up and working but clearly they are not when I've called almost 10 times in the past hour to try and get through to somebody regarding my bill.

    Dont even deserve 1 star!!! Wont look into my concern for my bill always being up and down, one month they say ive used ****** gallons of water and next only ***** and they say i have an intermittent leak which i dont.
