    The only star I would give this HOA run by Parker would go to Bonnie, the HOA Manager who outshines anyone I have met in this position. She is a seasoned professional.
    The board however, not so nice. By the way folks, Board members can be personally sued by anyone in an HOA Community. In my opinion, the board here refuses to do its job under the fair housing act and allows its community members (comprised of 90% seniors and disabled) to be terrorized by a new member of the community. Furthermore, allows its staff to be abused regularly by this lunatic. Not to mention homeowner complaints stating Parker's build team is also scaring our senior citizens.
    It all comes down to money as most of us know. Building a bunch of new phases makes my value go up so good for that. But ignoring the fact that 90% of your community is unhappy could be the one thing that takes this conglomerate down.
    Folks either we stand together or this entire community will be worthless because of lack of action by the Board to protect its members. In the last year five of my immediate neighbors have sold. All seniors, all did not feel safe.
    The White Oaks Crossing Community members in Oak Grove, MO have attempted to sue before but Parker's deep pockets won out.
    Any ideas how we can take back our community?
