    We had a clogged shower and it was then causing both toilets to clog up. I called this plumbing company last Tues morning because i have used them once before and wanted to keep the business in Oak Grove. He came out Weds afternoon around 3pm. He snaked the main toilet and told me he did not see any issues and water flow was good. Saturday, my daughter took a bath and it backed up about 2 inches deep and all across my wood, hallway, before i found it, once it was drained. Texts and phone calls were sent, advising the plumber of what happened. The plumber thinks it is not the vent, it was city related, and he would contact the city to mark the lines. We had the issue all weekend long, with no resolution. Sunday, i did a load of laundry, and IT backed up in my garage and the furnace closet, AGAIN. Still not heard back from the plumber as of yesterday. I called this morning and asked if he intended to finish the job or not, because i now cannot do laundry or use my bath tub. He advised we need a camera and he does not have one. When asked WHY he did not just tell us we needed to call someone else THAT HAD A CAMERA, instead of keeping us dangling for a week, he advised he did not like my tone, or the tone of my husband's texts.....and what did i mean, FINISH THE JOB? We paid this man $360 and i have an even worse problem. When i advised him i would be leaving a review in regards to this, he said, **** your review.
    Bottom line, if you CANNOT fix something, tell the client. Do not wait a week when you KNOW there is water backing up IN THEIR HOUSE.
