      I was new to this company about 8 months or so now I been renting a refrigerator. When first ordered they brought me a refrigerator that was not what it was supposed to be, but given that my old one went out and food was wasting I accepted it, but it was supposed to be only until they got the one I requested. After several months and several manager changes, I still don't have the refrigerator I originally ordered and I was told they could get, the ice maker wasn't in the refrig when came like supposed to be, was told they would be back to fix that, then it was well we can't install it for you because you already have the refrigerator, now they have the ice maker, but I must install it on my own, oh and we are writing a whole new contract for you to pay for your ice maker. I'm sorry, but I've been more than patient. I've paid faithfully on this account, and one promise after another has been a lie!! When I told them I shouldn't have to pay for something that was part of the original new refrig and I been paying for that, this was your guys mistake but is being passed off to the customer. The people are rude. When I said, I don't feel I should have to pay another whole contract of interest etc. instead of working with me for a compromised solution, I'm told rudely by the manager "We can come get the refrig if you don't want the other contract" First of all, I will not be threatened, and this was a threat. I will take my business elsewhere so fast it will make your head swim, so that threat doesn't work on me. It's sad used at all. I'm like that makes no sense, and absolutely sends me the message of how little your customers mean. I will NEVER use this store again! (Highland, **) and I will also let all my friends and family know of your practices and to not go there either. In today's world, it is terrible the way you guys treat people and the extra money you try to get out of them when everyone is struggling to make ends meet. Just Terrible!!

      If I could give ********, ** no stars I would. This place is a absolute joke. This is the most unprofessional store that they seem to have. I have been a long time customer over the years and have bought and paid every account in full. I was in to pay on my moms account and stopped in last week and I am not positve, but I think it was the manager sleeping on one of the couches on the floor. I proceeded with a younger gentleman , I believe his name was ****** or *****, something with a"R" and I must say, he acted like I was taking him away from something else to make her payment. I proceeded to make her payment as I heard snores from behind me. I looked confused and the boy that took my payment ( he was of color though i cant remember his name) was rude and wouldn't answer any questions about the TV's on display as I was looking because I was in there paying on my mother account but I needed a TV. I just couldn't believe the rudeness of this store. I still need a TV but after this I I will go elsewhere for my TV. I will also let my mother know not to rent from this store again either.
