      I wish I would have read a couple reviews about this company before purchasing from them. Mostly good experience. However, you would assume that if you purchase a boat lift new or used that it would be in working order. Purchased a lift, put my boat on it, found boat in the water when I returned the next weekend. Now Im either stuck making the repairs needed myself or hiring another lift company to repair it. Boat Lift Marine in Osage is who installed it. They were helpful at first as well. The install didnt go well & one of their technicians got injured so they had to abandon the project. However, they never notified anyone that the install was not complete and missing several parts. Hard to operate a boat lift without a control box/air pump. I would advise to purchase your used docks or lifts from the original owners and not Dock Realty. I also would recommend **** at ************* Services. He is excellent to work with!
