    I purchased a Vortex Crossfire red dot sight and the red dot kept losing its zero. The purchase was made 12/12/22. I decided to return it as I did not want the defective equipment anymore. I lost my receipt but was able to prove I had made the purchase there on that date. They refused to provide proper customer service and should have done the right thing. I am now stuck with a $200+ item that is useless to me. It’s unfortunate but you have lost my business and I will not refer you to anyone. It’s really sad the quality of customer service has dropped so much.

    When you brought in the defective red dot, you were told you could call the company and they would send you a brand new one. That is what you get when you have had, and used the item for almost 2 months, with no receipt.  We did exactly as any company would do in the same circumstances. You can't expect to use a red dot scope for almost 2 months, and then just get your money back for it. If you had brought it back unused, we would have refunded your money.  There is no company anywhere that would have refunded your money.
